End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "You") and Music 1, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We") regarding the use of our website and any associated services, software, or products (the "Service"). 2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.2 User Content: By using the Service, you may be able to upload or submit user-generated content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in such content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Music 1, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display and perform, and create derivative works of such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

4. Termination

4.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of this Agreement, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Service and delete all copies of any associated software or materials.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. MUSIC 1, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MUSIC 1, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF MUSIC 1, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MUSIC 1, INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
