WideOrbit Time Updates

Music 1 can include time update commands in the playlist file it makes for WideOrbit.  The WideOrbit command character for a ‘soft’ time sync is the asterisk ( * ).  With this one, the audio that is playing at the “Nominal time” given in the command will be allowed to play to finish.  WideOrbit will then drop any scheduled material following the current-playing track.  The WideOrbit character for a ‘hard’ sync is the # sign.  With this one, the audio that is playing at the “Nominal time” given will be quickly faded and the next/following unit will start immediately.
